Which style should I choose?
Choose a cardholder for a small daily selection, a bifold for cards and notes, a zip pouch for enclosed organisation, or a longer style for travel papers. Compare the visible closure and layout, and ask us about dimensions or capacity before purchase if fit matters.
Are the product pictures photographs?
Collection imagery consists of original AI-generated design visualisations. It is not evidence of verified physical inventory. Do not assume materials, dimensions, accessories or protective performance from an image. Styling props are not included.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We currently deliver only to the United States. Standard delivery is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50 and free at $50 or more. Expedited delivery is $7.99. Prices are USD.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 5–10 business days, then standard transit takes 10–15 business days. These stages add together, giving an estimated 15–25 business days. Expedited delivery has no guaranteed arrival date; ask for an estimate before ordering.
Can I return or cancel?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing us first. Buyer-paid return postage applies to personal reasons; damage and errors are assessed separately. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; it may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
How do I care for my wallet?
Avoid overfilling, prolonged moisture and direct heat. Follow any care label supplied with the actual item. Until its material is confirmed, avoid solvents, washing machines and untested conditioners. Keep it dry and separate from sharp keys during storage.
