Shipping Policy
Effective October 28, 2026. We currently ship orders only to the United States. All prices and delivery charges are in USD.

The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges and taxes. Applicable charges appear at checkout.
Processing and transit are separate
Order processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard transit takes an additional 10–15 business days after dispatch. Together, standard processing and transit are approximately 15–25 business days; they are consecutive stages. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Expedited delivery costs $7.99. A guaranteed arrival date is not offered. Ask customer care for the available transit estimate before selecting expedited delivery if timing is important; processing time still applies.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, dispatch information is sent to the contact details supplied with the order. Tracking scans may take time to update. Check your shipping address carefully before payment. Contact us promptly for corrections or cancellation; changes may be impossible after processing or dispatch. We will explain available options before any additional charge.
Delays, damage and missing parcels
Weather, carrier disruption, customs inspections and other events can delay delivery. Contact us if tracking stops updating, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or delivery is substantially late. For damage or incorrect goods, retain the packaging and provide a description and photographs when available. We will investigate with the relevant service provider and explain the remedy available for the circumstances. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Taxes and import charges
Taxes charged by the store are displayed at checkout where applicable. Any import duties or carrier handling charges not collected at checkout depend on the destination and shipment. We do not promise that an international shipment is duty-free. Contact customer care before purchase if you need clarification.
