Return & Refund Policy
Effective October 28, 2026. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact service@lumivoty.com before sending a parcel.
Return eligibility
Please keep the item unused, in its original condition and with available packaging and proof of purchase. Tell us your order number, the item and the reason for return. We will review the request and provide instructions. This policy does not limit rights for defective or misdescribed goods under applicable law.
How to return
- Email customer care within the 30-day request period.
- Wait for the return instructions and confirm the items being returned.
- Package the item securely and keep proof of postage and tracking.

This is our company and default return address. Contact us first so your parcel can be matched to the request. It is not a walk-in retail location.
Return shipping and faulty goods
For a change of mind or other personal reason, the buyer pays return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect or has a defect, contact us with the order details and evidence where available. We will assess the circumstances and explain the appropriate return, replacement or refund arrangement, including shipping responsibility. Do not dispose of the item before contacting us unless required for safety.
Refunds and exchanges
After receiving a return, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. We will explain any refusal or partial refund. For an exchange, contact us about availability and the appropriate return and reorder steps; an exchange is not guaranteed.
Cancellations and consumer rights
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel. Orders already being processed or dispatched may not be cancellable and may need to follow the return procedure. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain in force, including any rights that exceed this voluntary policy.
