Effective October 28, 2026. These terms govern use of lumivoty.com and purchases from Lumivoty, operated by Shenzhen Binli Technology Co., Ltd. Owner: Wang Zhiyuan.
Using the store
Provide accurate order and contact details and use the website lawfully. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase or permission from a responsible adult where required. Do not misuse accounts, introduce malicious code, infringe rights or interfere with the website. Keep account credentials private.
Products, descriptions and visualisations
Our collection covers wallets, cardholders and related carrying accessories. Original AI-generated product visualisations illustrate proposed designs and are not verified photographs of physical inventory. Screen colours and styling may differ. Background props are not included. We do not claim unlisted materials, dimensions, capacity, RFID protection, certifications or other performance. Contact us before purchase where a specific feature is essential.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes and delivery charges appear at checkout. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt and does not remove our obligation to notify you of availability or pricing issues. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine availability issue, material error, suspected fraud or legal restriction, and arrange any refund due. We will not increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Delivery, returns and care
United States delivery, fees and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Processing and transit are separate stages. The Return & Refund Policy describes the 30-day return request window and refund procedure. Contact us promptly about cancellation. Use items for their intended carrying purpose, avoid overfilling, and follow any actual care instructions supplied with the item. Keep packaging and small detachable components away from young children.
Content and external services
Store text, artwork and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce its content commercially without permission. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are responsible for our own obligations and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and responsibility
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot be limited, or removes mandatory consumer remedies. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction at the company’s location may hear disputes, without restricting any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another competent forum.
